Straight answers about how EuroToBTC actually works — no marketing spin.
A small, independently run service that lets you buy Bitcoin with a EUR bank transfer (SEPA or Revolut). BTC is sent directly to a wallet address you provide, after your order is reviewed manually by a person — not an automated exchange.
People who already have a Bitcoin wallet and want to buy BTC without opening an exchange account. It suits occasional or moderate purchases rather than frequent high-volume trading — if you need to trade often or in large volume, a platform built for that will likely serve you better.
No. There's no account to create. You place an order, pay by bank transfer, and receive BTC directly to your own wallet.
Yes — you provide the BTC address, and we never hold coins on your behalf. If you don't have one yet, any reputable self-custody wallet works; see our SEPA guide for a few starting points.

Standard legacy addresses (starting with 1 or 3) and native SegWit / bech32 addresses (starting with bc1). If your wallet shows you one of these formats, it will work.
We check that the address is formatted correctly, but we can't verify it belongs to you. Bitcoin transactions are irreversible, so please double-check the address — ideally by copying and pasting it — before confirming your order.
A mismatched amount means your payment can't be automatically matched to your order and needs a manual look. Contact us with your reference and we'll help sort it out.
No. Once BTC is sent to an address, that transaction cannot be undone by us, you, or anyone else. This is a property of Bitcoin itself, not something specific to this service.
First, check that your payment was actually sent with the correct reference and amount. If your order still hasn't been updated after a reasonable time, contact us with your reference number and we'll look into it directly.
Yes, a minimum order amount applies — it's shown on the order calculator on the buy page if your entered amount is below it.
Yes. As a small, manually operated service, very large orders may also require additional verification before we can process them — see AML / KYC for details.
No. We don't create a custodial account or hold BTC on your behalf at any point — it's sent directly to the wallet address you provide.
