Privacy Policy

Data we collect when you place an order

Data we collect when you contact us

Your email address and the content of your message, so we can respond to you.

What we don't collect

Bot verification (Cloudflare Turnstile)

Order and contact form submissions are checked using Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent automated abuse. This involves your browser communicating with Cloudflare; Cloudflare's own privacy policy governs that exchange.

Live exchange rate lookups

To calculate BTC prices, our server queries public price APIs (Coinbase, with Kraken and CoinGecko as fallbacks). These are anonymous price lookups — no personal or order data is sent to these providers.

Email delivery

Order confirmations and admin notifications are sent via a transactional email provider. We have not named the specific provider here pending confirmation of current configuration — this section will be updated with the exact provider once confirmed.

How long we keep data

Order records (amount, wallet address, reference, status, and any email provided) are kept as our transaction record for as long as needed for accounting, tax, and fraud-prevention purposes, then deleted or anonymised. Server logs are kept for a limited time for security purposes and rotated automatically. If you'd like your contact details removed from an order record where we're not required to retain it, contact us and we'll do what we reasonably can.

Your rights

You can ask what data we hold about a specific order or message, and ask us to correct or delete it where we're not required to keep it. Contact info@eurotobtc.com for any request like this.
