Please read this before placing an order. Bitcoin ownership carries real risks that have nothing to do with which service you buy it through.
Bitcoin's EUR price can move significantly, including within a single day. The value of your purchase — measured in euros — can rise or fall substantially after you buy. Only buy an amount you're comfortable holding through that volatility.
Once Bitcoin is sent to an address, that transaction is final. If you provide an incorrect wallet address, the BTC cannot be recovered by us, by you, or by anyone else. Double-check your address before confirming an order.
EuroToBTC sends BTC to the wallet address you provide and does not hold a balance on your behalf afterwards. From that point, safeguarding your wallet — including your recovery phrase or private keys — is entirely your responsibility. If you lose access to your wallet, we cannot recover funds already sent to it.
Bitcoin is not issued or backed by any government or central bank, and holdings are not covered by any deposit protection or investment compensation scheme.
Because a person reviews each order before BTC is sent, there is a delay between your payment and your BTC being sent — during which the market price may have moved from what you saw on the calculator. See EUR to BTC: How the Exchange Rate Works for detail.
Nothing on this site is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold Bitcoin. Consider your own financial situation, and speak to a qualified independent advisor if you're unsure whether buying Bitcoin is right for you.
Buying, holding, or selling Bitcoin may have tax or reporting implications depending on where you live. This is your responsibility to determine — we recommend speaking to an accountant or your local tax authority if you're unsure.
This disclosure doesn't cover every possible risk. If you have questions before ordering, contact us first.
