Two ways to pay, both ordinary bank transfers — no card payments, no third-party payment processors.
If your bank account is in euros and based in the EU or EEA, you can send a standard SEPA transfer — the same kind of transfer you'd use to pay rent or a bill. No special setup is required on your end.
Revolut payments in EUR are accepted the same way a bank transfer is. Send from a Revolut account held in your own name, using the reference provided.
Card payments, PayPal, and other payment processors aren't currently accepted — only direct bank transfers in EUR. This keeps the process simple and avoids the added cost and complexity of card processing and chargebacks.
Because payment is by SEPA transfer or Revolut in EUR, this service is realistically usable by anyone with a euro-denominated SEPA-reachable bank account or a Revolut account — in practice, that means customers based in the EU/EEA and other SEPA-participating countries. We don't currently claim support for any specific country beyond what SEPA and Revolut themselves cover, and we don't perform additional geographic restriction on top of that.
The transfer must come from an account held in your own name — not a joint account you don't fully control, a business account when you ordered as an individual, or someone else's account. This is what lets us confirm that the euros and the BTC are going to the same person.
