Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 2026-09-07. Plain-language summary at the top; full terms below.

In short: you order Bitcoin, pay by bank transfer, and we send BTC to your wallet after manually reviewing the payment. Orders are not instant, BTC transactions can't be reversed, and you're responsible for the accuracy of the wallet address and payment details you provide.

1. What this service is

EuroToBTC is an independently operated, manually reviewed service that facilitates the purchase of Bitcoin (BTC) using EUR bank transfers (SEPA) or Revolut. It is not an automated exchange, does not offer instant settlement, and does not hold a Bitcoin or EUR balance on your behalf at any point.

2. Placing an order

By submitting an order, you confirm that: the BTC wallet address you provide belongs to you and is entered correctly; the payment will be sent from a bank or Revolut account held in your own name; and you are legally able to purchase Bitcoin in your jurisdiction.

3. Payment and processing

Orders are reviewed manually before BTC is sent. We do not guarantee a specific processing time. The BTC amount is calculated using a live market rate at the time your order is processed, plus the service fee disclosed on the Fees page — not the rate shown when you first viewed the order calculator.

4. Irreversibility

Bitcoin transactions cannot be reversed once sent. We are not responsible for BTC sent to an address you provided incorrectly, or for delays or losses caused by errors in the payment reference, amount, or wallet address you supplied.

5. Order limits and refusal

Minimum and maximum order amounts apply and are shown at the time of ordering. We reserve the right to delay, request further information for, or decline any order, including where we are unable to verify a payment or wallet address, or where additional checks are required under our AML/KYC approach.

6. Fees

The applicable service fee is shown before you confirm an order, as described on the Fees page. Your own bank or Revolut may charge its own transfer fees, which are outside our control.

7. If an order can't be completed

If we're unable to complete your order — for example, we can't verify your payment or wallet address, or a check under our AML/KYC approach doesn't clear — we'll contact you using the details from your order or payment to arrange returning your payment, minus any transfer costs we can't recover.

8. No investment advice

Nothing on this site is financial or investment advice. Bitcoin's price is volatile; see our Risk Disclosure before ordering.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EuroToBTC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this service, including losses caused by incorrect information you provided, delays in payment processing, or changes in the market price of Bitcoin between order placement and processing.

10. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time; the version in effect is the one published on this page at the time of your order.

11. Governing law

This section will specify the governing law and jurisdiction once the operating entity's registration is finalised. Until then, please contact us with any dispute so it can be resolved directly.

12. Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent to info@eurotobtc.com or via the contact form.
